As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Terri transformed recruitment operations, cutting delays in half and conserving critical resources.
Her military career reflects the integrity, discipline, and drive she now brings to Jefferson County schools. With a strategic mindset and heart-centered leadership, Terri is ready to empower students, educators, and families.
